score 0 but accepted bonus word's...why?

hello guys somebody tell me why I sometimes I do a word is worth more than 100,000 points and the total is zero. but the word is accepted, it is not red. in fact there are only a summary 3 / 4 in other words with a minus sign including the word that gives me the scores are valid. but the total is always zero.sorry for italian words for the example

elmut, the only reason this happens is if you have too many unacceptable words. From the list you provided, you clearly don't (I only count 6, the limit is 10 or 20, i can't remember).
I'd contact king and ask them what is wrong.

If it's a jewel game then sometimes the score is set to 0 if you get above a certain limit.
