what's up with the token redemption page always saying other people have claimed certain prizes and so you can't get them?

We award prizes manually. It's not the most efficient, but we're still new and we still have every feature on SA under scrutiny - e.g. they can change.

At this time, we only allow a certain amount of each prize to be redeemed each day and then it closes (says its too popular at the moment). We award prizes at the end of the day and they reopen back up for people to redeem. This keeps the flow manageable for us. It's not that you can't redeem the prize, just that we are working to redeem them and open them back up - try earlier in the day
