I think Flignats said in an older thread that if you wanted an old tournament closed out, you just had to send a request through SA's customer service email and they would refund your money. So, I think all you have to do is send them the tournament ID.

I Think we've all hit some good points - on both sides.. but just to get it over with and find the best ground, Camaro is correct, if you really feel that a tournament is unjust because of the changes, send us in the tournament ID and we'll close it for you, but let's keep it reasonable

Those are some good ideas - I like them both. We'll come up with a solution tonight, so if pepole have more suggestions let us know on this thread - otherwise we'll go with the ideas already submitted.
