But, what's legally stopping King from banning whoever they want to? If you go to Las Vegas and win an immense amount of money, they can kick you out willingly, with no explanation. So, (not saying this is true or whats happening), if King sees you winning a lot and decides to ban you, under whatever pretense, what legal repercussions would there be?

The big difference is that in Vegas you are playing against the house in most games. So if you win, it's the HOUSE that is paying. In skill gaming you are playing other players right? The house takes it's rake and it wins when every game is played. The less skilled players are who end up losing.

I've heard the arguments before on this site that winners are good for the site because they drive a lot of action. I'm more on the side that really good players who are really big winners are bad for the site since they suck funds out of the site and don't ever add them. Which means the losers may get discouraged and stop depositing.... And every site needs losers as badly as it needs winners!

Theoretically I hate regulation. Let the market regulate itself. If King screws you, then screw them by not playing there. Or start your own company. Or visit a different site and give them your business.

But having said that, I think ultimately companies are run by humans. And humans are rather untrustworthy and maybe need some sort of regulation to ensure they are being fair and lawful! So ultimately what do you want? Companies that run amock, or companies that are heavily regulated. Both scenarios are kinda ugly really...

So I'm just enjoying myself now, making some good money and I figure at some point I'll get banned/screwed and figure something out when that ultimately happens....

Sure, I get the difference between vegas and skill gaming. But, from a business standpoint, merely focusing on the action of banning a player, what argument do any of us pose if King want to single out a player and ban them? For whatever reason they have, even if its because they don't like me, they can ban me. Whats stopping them from that? Throw it under a general clause in the TOS and ban whoever you'd like. It may not be good business, but it wouldn't be illegal.

So your saying part of Kings anti cheat system could be based on a win loss equation..
eg if ya make a big profit and dont put it back into other games ya outa here..

if this is the case thats not fair on the players...

(top players could be capped, limit the games they can take part in each month)

Are players with loads of cash in there accounts keep it there because the are scared to take it out ..there has been alot of people had there acounts suspended and funds donated to the freeroll who have made withdrawals..

This would back up what has been said..

Playing on King is still a service they provide to you, and they are free to deny you that service. If they close your account you usually at least get your deposit back, so you're not getting robbed of anything. I don't think there is any way you can force them to allow your partner to play on the site. If they don't want to believe you, then it ends there.

That's the harsh reality. Their terms of service probably make no mention of "We will be fair to you". They probably do say the games are fair tho. At any rate, if they want you gone it's their right to nuke your account. It just totally blows because most people have a sense of fairness. And when you are accused of being a cheat that offends.

    HI all

To those who are interested in this..

There has been an interesting developments
I cant go into great detail iam sure you understand.

It seems King.com are unwilling even after proof to admit that an account holder is a person in there own right who funds there account.

If this is the case how can King possibly allow access to an account it does not believe is owned and funded by the account holder, surely a clear breach of the data protection act
