King did this to me on my first too! I "played too well" for a new player so they verified my account. It was awhile ago but I think it took a week.

Ok finally got them to clear my account after having done a video confimation with both me and my brother seperatly-

So in the end it did work out, just that it took a sickload of emails of which about 1/3rd was answered and thier service is really poor.

I'm glad they reinstated you. It is a hassle but on the other hand I'm glad the protection is there and that they come down hard on cheaters.

Imo they should really be doing what all other gambling sites do (not that King is gambling!) and confirm the account BEFORE you spend loads of time playing and winning money.

Well most sportsbetting and poker sites have super fast service at least.
They do require ID card or smth but if you provide them what they want they clear you fast.

On king.com it feels like you have to drive the process yourself and send several emails to get them to respond, and you only get about 1 mail per day back.

I guess lack of competition hasnt forced king.com to get a good service minded support/abuse group yet. Mb due to lack of resources or mangement I dunno - its not like they have to spend more as there are few other alternative sites.

Yeah, the way they verify ID doesn't really help protect anybody from cheating. It took forever for them to verify that I was legit when I tried to make my first withdrawl too. I never had to verify anything by video though, they just wouldn't answer my damn emails for days/weeks at a time.
