Blocked on King.com?
I have a question for you more experienced players. I have been a member on King for about 2 months. I won a little money and tried to draw out $50 about 2 weeks ago (first withdrawal). After lurking on this site for awhile, I figured they would make me prove who I am, but I received no emails. Then come the 14th day, I log on to practice a bit and my account is blocked. WTF?!? I checked my email and have received nothing from them. When I emailed them asking for help unblocking my account I get a reply about Clause 10 and taking away my winnings.
I noticed on another thread that the email shown was the same as I got. I assume it is a form response of some kind. I can't work out exactly what I did wrong. I have searched this site and the internet in general to find out what may have caused this it happen. I have never had another account, played in only one location, paypal matches my info on the site. I was good at some of the games I played and sucked on others (can't figure out how you guys bejewel like you do). I have emailed King.com requesting more information and letting them know I would provide whatever they needed to clear this up but have heard nothing. So what are my chances of getting reinstated? Has anyone come back from being blocked out like this?

The way I got my account reinstated was by contacting them asking why my account got blocked, then offered to send them a photocopy of my driving license / passport. After this they unblocked my account. I think the most important thing when dealing with King.com customer support is to be as polite as possible as from my experience, I've found them to be fairly volatile...

And be patient. Obviously since they do this with everyone they get thousands of angry people who want their money and I'm sure they have a huge backlog of unattended angry e-mails.

Thanks for the replies. I did emails them back and was extremely polite (though that wasn't my first reaction would have been.lol) I said it very nicely as I mentioned above that I would work with them to clear up any problems or issues they have. I havent heard back yet but like you said, I am sure they have a backlog of angry emails to attend to.
I find it interesting that this only seems to be a problem when you try and draw out money (and only on the last day that they have to pay out). Also I am really concerned that if they think cheating has occured whether by me or any members on King.com that they don't put a stop to it right away. I think cheaters could play for months and months and win money from others and nothing would be done unless they try to withdraw money. What about all the other people that have paid to play these games? If cheating had occured, shouldn't they reimburse the members for all the games they played against the cheating party? They seem to happily let other members lose money to people they think are cheating as long as King.com is making money.

Happy to read this thread. I have been experiencing exactly the same problem. I have been a member for less than 2 months now and have asked for a withdrawal of 100€ and now have another 250€ to withdraw. After the 14 days, I have received the mail stating that I had multiple accounts, which is not true. I have sent a copy of my ID and now I'm waiting for an answer... Let's see what happens.

Actually, a lawyer friend of mine has a number complaint emails from players who have had similar problems to the people above. In many cases, despite them sending in their id's King.com has refused to reinstate their accounts (sighting duplicate accounts as the reason).
Three even got there accounts blocked because the support guys (one particular chap called Andreas) took exception to their emails and get this - they weren't even being accused of cheating! Several have successfully sued King.com after reporting them to the gaming authorities.
So as others have already said on this site - you need to be very very polite and patient with the guys there.

Well I've never asked for a withdrawl so I've never had that problem. If I do win any money, which is hardly ever, I just keep playing with it until it's gone then I make another deposit. I won't get rich playing on this site but the games are fun
