haha camarofire, (what you are talking about) I'm experiencing almost over a year now.
I have a withdrawal staying from oct. 2011. I've at least sent half a dozen tickets/emails about that, not even a single word on that. On top of that they just mark my tickets "solved", no answer, no solution on the problem - RIDUCULOUS.
Before that I have had several withdrawals either denied or only gotten a piece of the amount I have requested - no reasonable explanation for that. Even further back they just felt the need to put some of my withdrawable money back to non-withdrawable.
My last serious (kinda head-head) chat/messaging was back in Dez./Jan. 2010/2011.
Since then for about a year I have been blocked on their email lists, they told me (in Dez. 2011) that has happened automatically, probably because I sent an invite to a family member, which registered back in the good old day.
As mentioned I was setting hope with receiving a mail (Dez. 2011) explaining the block situation and hearing Ray after so long. He also said that I am a "valued member" and thus we'd work on solving all issues regarding my account. But that was literally the last word I hear from him.
Being benched is almost a normal happening on SA for the time being there. Often I got reinstated right away after sending a ticket. But since a month I'm benched without notable reason (didn't score high), then Taylor answered my ticket after some weeks, saying everything is set to normal, but it isn't - same as before, not able to see any cash games on the game tournament list, also restricted from playing some jackpot tournaments.
Back when Blackbeard Assault was released, I soon was put with a high rank (75k) solely, unable to ever play in a ranked match, and never changing it. Glad they brought back the game and resetting all ranks.

    permission to go nuts granted!

As you pointed out camarofire, what's the point of playing/competing if you cannot get you withdrawals. I totally agreed with that!
I put my activity on the site down to a minimum. Sure using SA because I don't like SV'S window in window layout and due to performance issues.

Allthough one have to say that the new game Sushi Stick a freaking damn perfect skill game. It encourages all aspects of skill gaming, hand(/eye) coordination, strategy, and speed.

I think what has happened is they have raided the cookie jar to pay for Scrollville to be developed and forgot to keep a bit back to pay the players out.
When they switched over to scrollville and wiped the tournament board I lost about $100 compared to my new balance (imaginary balance) and Iv'e also got a fair bit of funds in old cup games that won't see the light of day.

Iv'e never had any problem cashing out from King, WW, GameDuell etc so I don't know why they insist on a DNA test and a 10 generation family tree schematic before they will part with
    our (their) cash.

Having said that they are up and coming bussiness people and probably know how to spend the money more constructively than we do anyway.

If they're gonna accuse every third person of cheating they would do well to spend some of our money on site security instead of cartoons.

    Ho Hum.

Honestly I can't be too angry with them. They were enthusiastic skill gamers who thought they could do it better than the existing sites. But they learned the hard way, along with all their customers, that it's not that easy to create a successful skill gaming site. Once you run into some speedbumps, it's difficult to keep everyone satisfied. And once you make people angry, it's difficult to keep facing them.

You all play for profit right? So I doubt any of you deposited more than a few bucks back in the beginning. Ray and Taylor are gonna lose a lot more than that if the site goes belly up. So I'm still gonna hope for a happy ending to all this.

I'm not angry... I guess that's part of the problem for me. I still play on the site and I will continue to do so because I really like some of the games, even just to play for tokens. I would honestly have been perfectly fine if they told me they needed time to send money or couldn't send it and could I leave the balance in my account, or whatever the case might be. Hell, I'd even donate the money to site development in trade for some SA/SV coffee mugs or pens or whatever. I'm working as a waitress, and people steal my pens constantly - it would be good advertising for them Plus shipping would be pretty cheap - I'm only a couple of hours away

Basically, for me it just comes down to disappointment because all I wanted was an answer. I'm a pretty laid back person and you're right Kworb... I'm not out any money from my own pocket if I never see my last withdrawal or the balance I still have in my account. I've had many successful withdrawals from the site as well as a few hundred in gift cards. I totally understand if there was a glitch or even if money is tight. I'm hoping they'll get the funding they're looking for with all these contests and things they enter. But, it doesn't cost them anything to send me a quick email or even a message here or on facebook just to let me know that they haven't fallen off the face of the planet or completely abandoned the site. If it weren't for new graphics and games, I might think they gave up on it since they don't really communicate anymore.

I just got my latest $17 withdrawal from SA as well. They are still current with me.

I wonder if they should stop awarding tokens in free games. Maybe that would help stop the bleeding?

Well said!!! Actually I agree with all of your post but what appears to be biggest issue with SV is the lack of customer service. And since several of us were there from the get go I would more than willing to be sympathetic if things were tight. It's just been very disappointing to go from where they started to the way things are now...

But I better stop bitching because I still haven't got my money...(sigh)

correction, I did get my money today!!

Just popped a huge 45K+ score in Swizzle Pop -- got placed in timeout for the first time ever. That score was SWEET, more than 10% higher than anyone had ever gotten before!
