Thanks for pointing this out -- I didn't even see it was running.

I lost to myself on round 2 AND 3 in the same entry somehow -- it got all screwed up and counted it twice because it didn't work in Firefox... something weird. So I think I lost two entries without ever losing to someone else and having only lost to myself once. Impossible to explain.

Anyway, got one entry in round 5 and one in round 2 and am calling it a night b/c I'm too tired to play well.

yeah, basically I hit "enter tournament" or "play next cup game" and it goes to a white screen and the page doesn't load. then I get the "there was an error" message and get a big goose egg for the round.

Really pissed, just got knocked out in round 9 from someone named llamaooa or something. They have a RIDICULOUS high score (700,000+), but I've never seen them before. Lost the game ~160,000 to ~140,000, where I made the word ANNUALLY for ~90,000 in the bonus round.

I agree. I'm pretty sure my avg is lower than rahn's... probably around 100-125k, with a range of 70-250 most of the time.

I used to like this game, but too much cheating goes on I think. It's too easy to use another site to lookup all the best words. If you got less time, it would fix that issue.
I certainly wont be bothering with this cup.
