So I just got into king.com about a week ago. I have been playing a lot since I don't have a job and I wanted to see if it was possible to make as much as a part time job. Well I practiced Carnival Shootout for about two days before putting 5 dollars in and becoming a Gold Member. I practiced hard because I had seen a youtube video of someone scoring well over 48000. I wanted to be sure I wasn't going to get owned and lose all my money. Once I started playing for cash I was winning almost all my games with scores that were around 25% higher than anyone I faced (btw my best score is 45,148).
So everything was going great except for the fact that they use a crappy activex plugin that wont work for Firefox except in the two lowest prize games (go figure). So I had to switch to IE before I could make the big bucks. As of right now my money count is $116.47 and since yesterday I get this message whenever I try to play any game, even free ones:
"Your account has been blocked. There can be a number of reasons for this like one or more failed payments or multiple user accounts.
If you have any question, please do not hestitate to contact our customer support here."
I have submitted at least 4 customer support tickets to them so far, two were unrelated to the ban. No responses have come to me in either my email or messages.
Apparently they are assuming that since I have won most of my games I must be cheating and therefore should be banned. This is absurd. I could take legal action against them and claim my money since they have nothing but a hunch that I am somehow illegitimate since I am can hit targets on my screen a little more accurately than most other people.
Can someone please tell me that this is not happening or perhaps this isn't the first time. I have not broken any of the terms and conditions (yes I read them before I put in 5 dollars).
