I'm too lazy to track exact percentages, but I'd guess around 33% of people who are severly overmatched will still accept your challenge. Either they don't check your stats, or they don't care for some reason and will willingly submit to a harsh beating.

When I'm feeling lazy and don't feel like searching there are times I will challenge people with a lame score and no victory points and they'll still accept the challenge. Makes me wonder why I spend any time figuring out if I should challenge them or not. Just take the very first person who has played in the past day you can beat.

1 other thing you might want to do is review people on that BW ladder and issue an out-of-ladder challenge to them. You may convert an even smaller percentage, but you will get some action and it's a way to practice and possibly get paid at the same time. You will decend into game credit hell however...

Also, I see TONS of people that only have high scores in the 10K-30K range at the bottom of the ladder. Do people like that actually accept your challenges when they see your high score is around 150K?!
