King is popular enough that it is perfectly willing to ban legitimate players in an attempt to ensure cheaters can't abuse their system. It sucks when you or anybody associated with you gets caught wrongfully in their crosshairs. But there isn't a whole bunch that can be done other than simply play at other sites that want your business.

If you are a more jaded you may simply assume that King is interested in purging winners from their system........

    It was cleared anyways gladly

How do they know addresses by the way? Is that through Paypal?
And what if you move house? I played from an address, moved out.. My bro then reg'd a year later from that address and got permanently banned. Is it 'cos they had me on record as being there over a year before?

Overall there is nothing wrong with King, I just wish we knew how their system worked so legitimate accounts wouldn't get banned.
It's annoying I can't play from my parents house for example as I would risk being banned - They should tell you that kind of thing in the T&C (I don't think they do?)

The thing is though if they ban too many legit accounts, their rep will suffer and long term they will have far less new members.
Word of mouth is a powerful thing these days, especially with sites like Facebook.

It looks like as long as you can prove yourself you will be ok in the end on most occasions.

I don't think bad rep will matter much, its target demographic and their main source of income is middle-aged women who just play for fun and don't make a profit. They won't be warning each other on Facebook about the time King robbed them; they're happily depositing each month. Also, King's success stories are far more numerous than the complaints. So they don't have anything to worry about right now. It's unlikely they'll change their current anti-cheat strategy.

I donīt think you are right..
Imagine if 100 new friendsaccounts appears each week..
thoose accounts would stand out,,and all the deposites loosing-rate would increase..
facebook wouldnīt be neccesary..for the looses to understand that they are cheatet on..

    To answer a few questions,
In my opinion King.com only publishes a very basic terms and conditions as many letters
from them Ive seen uses terms not seen in the main terms, make of this what you will..

This is why iam calling for tighter regulation worldwide on skill sites and have them re-classed as gambling ones, after taking some legal advice i could very strongly argue card games etc are games of chance not pure skill as stated in the terms..(all kings terms are in the legal gray area)

To make any company take notice you need to hit them where it hurts, right on the old money belt!!!
i feel if allot of bad press and court action from banned players would hit home!
I can prove without question my partner did not cheat and iam fully willing to take this to court..
At the moment iam waiting for a reply asking why are there notes on my account saying ``still losing aloud for now``does this mean if you win you get banned???

But I already know who they have me linked to! My wife who is banned.. and my father-in-law and his sister who are on permanent temporary provisional status!

And I think the last thing I want to do is question king and provoke them into banning me. I can't imagine them unbanning my wife. And there is still money for me to make on that site and I don't want them to ban me and keep me from getting that money!

Sure I wish my wife could still play because then we'd make even more money. And I feel bad for my father-in-law and his sister, but they're each 70+ and weren't making any money there anyhow (sorry if you read this for the harsh assessment). And with temporary provisional they can still play the free games and not have to watch ads or wait for free game spots to open up. And they didn't really play very much for cash anyhow.

Would I like to know what they are holding on me, sure! But it ain't worth the risk!
