so, the only time they actually answer you is after youve withdrawn and didnt get any money?

is there a (free) phone number we can call? maybe if they know people are onto them with the whole more than 1 account thing they will begin giving out the withdrawals upon checking account activity? (meaning... if scores are rediculously high or something fishy is going on, then stop the withdrawal and verify).

i cannot answer your questions because i have never NOT made a significant withdrawal from king. thought king might find it suspicious that you are avoiding taking a withdrawal.

Just wanted to give an update on my situation:

I sent a second email to King asking about verifying my account before I w/d. The next day or so, I noticed I got the blocked account message (May 5), so I had to send my message in to abuse@king, got the response back the same day, asking for ID and details, etc. etc. Sent in a scan of my ID and a little blurb about my gaming history. The 2nd day, I got another message saying there was further indication of a second account, asking me to still explain. Which I explained was my wife's account, forgot to mention that in the original message. Then today my account is cleared. Of course I got the usual 5-6k rank-bump on most of my better games. But it was very quick, just 3 days. Would have been 2 probably, if I would have mentioned my wife's account the first time.

Now let's see how long this withdrawal takes...

I have almost $300 in my king account. Should I be worried about them closing my account if I try to withdraw my money???

I made a withdrawal that large when I had just started out on King. If you're completely legit and don't have anything in your record that would throw a flag, you don't have anything to worry about.

I'm gonna try to withdraw about $250 and see what happens. I'm perfectly legit...so eventually I'll get it. Maybe it will bump me into a level in solitaire where there are more people and more progressives. Right now there's only one progressive. I'm bored with it.
