2-i requested my money 3 week ago , they said if you send us your passport or ID so we give your money by paypal. I send it many days ago but they don't answer me. i send them many mails but they don't answer ....

How long ago did you send them your ID/Passport?

Keep in mind, King has a huge userbase and deals with hundreds, if not thousands of e-mails and withdrawals daily. It might take them some time to get it to you.

I'm a Worldwinner player, so I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just taking them a long time to get it to you.
