Worldwinner account closed due to paypal info not beeing "accurate"? Normal?

I've been playing on king for about 2 years without any problems at all. I recently signed up on worldwinner to expand my earning potentials and deposited some money and played a few games without problems.

After around 3 weeks i suddenly got disconneced in the middle of a bejeweled game and when i tried to log back in i was greeted with a message that my account was closed and i could contact the fairness apartment for more info.

After checking my email this was appearntly the reason my account was closed:

Hello ******

Your recent message has been received by the WorldWinner Fairness Team.

I show that your account has been closed because the information you entered in your PayPal account which you made deposits with was innacurate or blank.

Have anyone else experienced this before, or have any advice what to do from here? I've been waiting for 10 days now for a response with no luck.

I used my sisters paypal account to deposit money since i didnt have any on my bank account the day i made the account. Can that be the reason?
I just cant see how i can play without problems for 3 weeks without problems and then suddenly i get banned. I had won like 5$ max due to fooling around with some new games. Is this normal worldwinner practice?

Maybe im just frustrated. But it seems like an extremely bad way to run a buisness.

Thats the reason why . Your details did not exactly match your paypal details . And you said you played 3 weeks with no problem . Did they ask you to send in some sort of verification . These guys are idiots they close account when they feel like it . Maybe with all the bots being used on the site they though you might just be slowing getting better and you were using a bot . they close account with no proof and will not email you back . there service sucks . You say you didn't win money and never withdrew . wow now that surprising . Usually they only shut you account down if your good and withdraw . Should be law that sites like this , ebay , paypal have phone numbers and talk to live Representatives . Basically these site rule the internet world and you cant do nothing about it . I believe there connected to the Mafia . Do a google search worldwinner scammers and file a report with ripoffreport and the BBB .
If you account details didn't match why did they let you play in the first place . I bet you also had money in your account and you will never see it . write a letter to 60 minutes and the attorney general . God know they have enough complaints by now but refuses to do anything about it . Maybe with enough complaints they will finally do something about these rip off sites .

YouWish, it's pretty simple....for whatever reason, WorldWinner knew that the identity of the Paypal account you used to make a deposit didn't match with who you are. How they did it, I don't know...but try to explain the situation to Fairness and see if they'll overturn their decision to ban you.

Yeah the part i really didnt understand is that i didnt win alot of money or did anything "suspicous". I just dont understand how they can first accept my money, or why they even care who deposited the money to the account.

And they havent asked for any ID or anything. They simply told me my account was banned, and its now undergoing an in-depth investigation which have been going on for around 10 days now.

I contacted the live support and they told me that it was because my paypal account didnt have an adress? Kind of scary how they can acces all that information. But i'll try emailing em and explaining it all.

Is your girlfriend a member? i.e. are you funding two WW accounts from the same Paypal account? That would definitely be a red flag.
