you played someone in round 10, went immediately to round 11 and played the same person, right away? No waiting for a player or something? Because if there was a wait he could've climbed back up, but not immediately...
There was a day's time between the two. That's enough for someone to climb to Round 11 in a survival as popular as SR

It wasn't a full day, I won round 10 at around at night and then played the next round at I think 2 the next day, and the other person had already played round 11, so it's not like I had to wait for her to play it. SR survivals usually don't move *that* fast, it's very strange.
It shows 17 hours' time between the two games. It'd have to move quickly, but what were the entries at, at that time? If it was near a crucial point (8,192; 4,096) there's a lot of stages filled in succession that makes progressing very fast. Similarly, if it was near 0 entries remaining, there's usually a huge rush of players that could help it move quickly.
From a blank state, it would take 2,048 entries to move someone to Round 11. If it's at one of those crucial points though, it could be "half-filled", meaning Rounds 1-10 are all set up and waiting for a player, whereby it would only take 1,025 entries to move someone to round 11. (1 entry to move to round 10, and 1,024 to move another player to round 10)
1,025 entries is still a longshot for one day, but it's not unheard of either. On the last day of the survival it's not unusual for it to drop from 1,500-0 entries remaining in Wheel of Fortune, and SR is much more popular.

11,905 slots open after I won my round 11, and there are still more than 10k open now.
