    Default getting your deserved earnings

so to those who have dealt with cheats and have lost several times to cheats, have you ever tried to get your deserved earnings back?

i was thinking that MAYBE if i send screencaps of all the games in PIR i lost to the cheat camormenboy then maybe WW will refund all the money i should have earned in all those tournament.

it hasnt been more than 45 days yet... so all the tournaments should still be listed. or do you think these companies will never give legit players their deserved earnings no matter what they do?

    thoughts?

Never, but it would be a great experiment. I'd like to see what they say to that.

Won't happen. The real question here is, if all those funds are going towards the enforcement of the TOS, why is the enforcement still so BAD?

but what does "enforcement of TOS" even mean? how is our deserved funds make any difference or benefit to TOS at all. so why CANT they return these funds to the players who earned them?

That's just the way big business is. It's not about how YOU feel -- it's the bottom line profits that matter to them.

one of my friends told me about the same thing happening on a poker site. this cheater had this program where he could see and know what everyone's cards are. and he worked for the company the site was based off of. he made 36 MILLION dollars off of all those legit poker players. when they found out his only punishment was that he was fired... but he and the company go to keep all the money.

    its just.....horrible -.-

I remember reading about that. There were articles all over the web about it.

You'd have to be pretty heartless to swindle innocent players out of all their money like that-- Knowing that they have an unfair disadvantage, such that they can't win.

Actually to correct the statement about the poker site, the site actually got shut down. So it was a lot more severe than the guy just getting fired .
