I had exactly the same, it goes for a little money 25 euros payback
I opened a new account not a member before of king, but i guess the one who created the paypall account for me has used it for himself for a while.

After i ask for the payment my account was direct abused, with the message that i have a 2nd account created.
I win some things with mahjong furtuna what is my favorite game and played on many other sites so my skill is high average of 8500.

I ask for the detailed information what account i am using as 2nd account, but no reaction back, result a blocked account and no money back on my paypall account even not my original money.

What is king for a company when you try to get money from them they abuse you and no reaction anymore is given.
On every game they take 25 percent of the money for themselve
How can i get my account working again, and get the money back

One benefit to them to block your account is to try to curb cheaters. The games that King.com has on their site are usually games that you need to practice on to get better. For the most part, there aren't any games that a first time player should score "off the charts." Normally, what that means is that somebody had another account (either paid or not...probably paid) and their ranking got too high and the games were too competitive, so they decided to create a new account and try to win more money. That is blatant cheating. Did you do that? Maybe, maybe not. However, cheaters are illegally winning other people's money.

On King.com, they talk about playing against people who are the same rank as you, so you'll have a better chance of winning. That doesn't hold up if people who are Conqueror rankings decided to create a new account and start over. They'd be almost guaranteed a chance to win tons of money, which is against the policy of king.com

All that to say that it may not benefit king.com directly to block your account, but they have to do what is necessary to curb this kind of cheating, and in the long run this makes for a more enjoyable, competitive time for everyone on the site.

As for the "no proof', their terms and conditions that you agreed to state that they can block your account at their sole discretion. They don't have to give proof.

We all went through this. It's like going through security at an airport. Yeah, it takes awhile, but it gives the appearance of security and makes you feel better. It may not benefit them to frisk you, because you are not a terrorist, but it benefits all of us, because we don't know if you are or not. Happy gaming!

In fact, yes you are right but the games of king are not unique and many of them exactly the same games are free playable at zylom.com (mahjong versions, zumba, shooting games, fuzzl etc)
So i create a average skill on many games before i register on king, direct the reason to win some tournements.
What is the reason for king to block an account and then say you are cheating or something like that, it look more it is a trick to conversate you're money (played money and paid money)
My account is blocked by the noncence text you have registered another account, and de support desk is not responding, sometimes you get a reaction of the support desk, but it is not helpfull and my account is still blocked and the money is gone.

This thread is super old , but I just made an account here and I feel inclined to talk about my situation..I never even knew about king.com or this ww site i see people talking about but havent looked it up yet...I registered on king.com last week because I had been recently playing the games on my facebook for the last couple months so I decided to take it a step further and play for the money..... my first and only deposit was 12$ and I received 18$ bonus. I played the games , I lost some I won some...etc.... I maintained my balance tho between 28$and 35$...I recently played in my favorite game "bubble Saga" and played a tournament and actually beat my high score and came in 2nd place....Not even 30 minutes later when I decided to show off my hard work to my girlfriend, I noticed it said I was blocked....Rules were breached ...contact support etc...etc....

I had not tried to withdrawal money at all I just wanted to play.....and waste the money I didnt care....

They have not mentioned anything about proving I am who say I am, showing ID or anything.
They just said your account has been blocked and remaining money was sent to paypal...IM VERY FRUSTRATED BY THIS ...I DO NOT THINK THIS IS FAIR!
I understand they have the right to close accounts, but if thats the case then they can close any account they want and just steal everyone's money!

How is it possible let alone legal, they can just do this? What is the purpose and value of even playing anymore if they can just steal your money just because they say you are cheating...

As I read in one of the above statements, these games are everywhere ..you can play similiar games like this on a 100+ sites.....including facebook now!!! People can become very skilled in these games on other sites then come to king.com and still lose/win money...

Definitely not fair, and I will be pursuing this further if my account is not re-opened with remaining balance...

That's a bummer.. I'm guessing tho when they shut your account down and send you your money, they are done with you. You can keep emailing them, but I doubt they'll ever change their mind....

Yeah I know, its complete utter BULLS***.... Im so frustrated by this.... I have asked them again to let me prove it by video, and ask them to prove to me how i cheated, and what is the alleged other account and no reply yet but im assuming their not going to tell me
