Thread: King withdrawals

    Default King withdrawals

Anyone have trouble getting money from King. I processed a withdrawal request over 3 weeks ago for ~$1,000. I have messaged them twice and they keep saying that they have a lot of requests and a technical error they ar eworking on fixing. They should proicess my withdrawal soon..

It's fucking bad enough that it takes 2 god damn weeks to get the money, which is absurd, its has been nearly a month now...

the worst part is when you withdraw to your paypal account, paypal takes a cut too! (around 4-5%). For the WW withdrawals to paypal, for whatever reason there is no paypal fee.

The good thing about king for us international players is that we don't get any winnings withheld, which uber sucks. I have over $10k in withholdings already this year from WW.

That's strange, PayPal's never taken a cut of my withdrawals, I always get every cent.

It is annoying that it takes so long to process. With all the money they're making surely they can hire additional staff to do the security checks and such to speed it up. But I guess they'd rather pay Jeanette Lee (if it's ever really her) for the stupid monthly Pool event.

WW made me fill out a tax form to make sure I keep all of my winnings, I guess international players have a mandatory % withheld?

There is absolutely 100% no reason for the withdrawal process to take 2 weeks. If it is a staff issue, then learn how to make it more automated or hire more staff, they already make millions.

For King, PayPal's never taken a cut out of my winnings. Yeah, the 2 week turnaround on withdrawal requests totally blow...it's been exactly 2 weeks since I've requested $125 and I don't expect anything until the end of the month, lol.

I didn't fill out a tax form for WW and just decided to take the 28% withholdings deal, as I've heard horror stories on inaccurate winnings totals.

King hasn't given me any notice about my yearly winnings being over $600, and they don't provide a yearly summary sheet...how the hell am I supposed to tabulate my total winnings and entry fees?

It's not a staff issue. King wants to squeeze as much interest out of the money as possible (at large volumes, it adds up) and that's how they do it.
