Congratulations!! 401980 is an insane score! I think I've only ever been able to score close to half of that once...

On a side note, with the next version of dukesbox will come a much improved version of word colosseum (completley redoing the whole game with a much bigger word grid), if you have any ideas you'd like to input into that game then please feel free to send me a message

yeah, make the board abnormal shapes, or make it so it changes in some way after each word...basically make it difficult to rapidly enter into a solver and get an answer...it took the cheats almost 2 years to write a good solver for scrabble cubes...and i think it's primarily due to the dynamic nature of the game.
