WW Survival Glitch

I just went to play my Round 10 game in the Wheel of Fortune Survival tourney, and as soon as the game opened, I got an error message "Unable to load game resources" or something like that. The game closed and I was given a 0, and of course I lost. I've already sent a message to WW, but have any of you ever been in this situation? How do they normally handle it?

i have gotten that before in both WOF and family feud. it was weird. they didnt refund me at all i just lost that one entry. it didnt happen to me in a survival though. i guess you can send them the tournament id it happened in and see if they will let you replay round 10.

hey ezorn. I had the same problem and posted in the premier forums about it. it's happened to me several times in the daily delight but i didn't bitch about it since i could reenter and it was only $1.25 but it's super annoying in the survivals when a lot more money could be at stake.
