Well, there is some way to get the non-withdrawable to become withdrawalable, but I can't tell you exactly what that is. I got a non-withdrawalable $13 from The Fool a little less than two years ago for submitting a winning profile quote in a competition he held. If I go and look at my account now the non-withdrawable is like $0.09 or something.
At least there used to be a way to convert it, I think mine changed over sometime in early 2007. Possibly by letting your balance drop all the way down to only the non-withdrawalable and paying entry fees with that?
Oh, so that's how you do it. I'll give it a try when I make my next withdrawal. Withdraw everything and play in a bunch of progressives with my non-withdrawable money to see if it works.
Dunno but it is prolly nonwhitdravel
money...

Yup, I just got my $5. Ouch. I was saving a few hundred a month under the old deal.
