Help King.com stole my money

Hello

I created an account in king.com, more than a month ago!

Everything went fine during 3 or 4 days, until I won my third tournament in chuzzle and suddenly my account was blocked, I wasn't using any kind of cheating software and i dont' have any other account so I contacted king.com support ( which almost seems to be hidden in the king.com site)

I received a message saying I had to provide ID and confirmation that I was the person funding and playing on my account. I contacted them again asking what they meant by confirmation, and received the same message from them!

So I sent a ID copy over a month ago and so far my account remains blocked
I tried to contact support and abuse on abuse@king.com dozens of times
They either don't reply or they send the same message asking for ID

Even more ridiculous is that after a month They replied saying they didn't receive the attachment with my message! The email I sent is saved and it clearly has the attachment with the document they asked, but I sent it again anyway...

Basically at this point I think they are joking and I don't know what to do

I made an withdrawal request almost a month ago, never received the money
So I contact support again

Guess what???? I receive the same message asking for ID


Is there anyone here, that can give me some help, on how should I proceed
Basically king.com is stealing me not only from the money I won fair and square but also from my deposit money

What should I do it clearly is pointless to contact king.com support
And at this stage I can't recommend this site to anyone!

When you say that you won your third chuzzle "tournament", was it a regular cash game or one of those big progressive tournaments with the bigger cash prizes? A new player winning 3 of those within a month would definitely get flagged for suspscion of cheating.

If you want to keep pursuing this, try logging into King and access Play Free Online games at King.com. Mention that the Abuse department hasn't helped you out with the request and you want an urgent response back on your issue. They've responded to my inquiries within 24 hours...hopefully they can get back to you in that timeframe as well.

Hello, I've won three tournaments (second place) in chuzzle because I had a lot of practice in worlwinner and on the deluxe pc version, and I don't think that's a valid reason to block a player

f they go around making assumptions that everyone who wins is cheating than it becomes a site where you're only allowed to lose money...

Also like I said i've already contacted support and abuse dozens of times and they either don't reply or they send a generic message askinf for ID

Anyway i contacted them again,

hope the issue is solved fast
