Stupid $7000 TWT for I Scream, Ice Cream!
How lame! I totally was not paying attention when I started playing but if I had been I wouldn't have been nearly as excited about it. Here I was thinking I had a shot to be a real cashgamer for a bit and win some money that will dent some of what I've spent, finally a game I can do pretty decent in with consistency! BUT WTF is up with paying out 500 all at the same rate? I came in to the top at my third go round in at 238 - but tried for a higher place because I didn't realize it was a flat rate payout of 14 bucks, no matter where you are in that 500! Pretty sure I'll stay in the top at 78 now, but my profit will be all of about 3 bucks since I kept playing for a higher rank till I finally noticed the lame flat rate prize..
Does it seem like not worth a four day wait to anyone else, even if you get in on the first try?? I could do that on the daily just as well, same cost and potentially better $, too! What's the point of this TWT? I don't need King.com branded stuff, so it seems like a stupid way to get people to participate unless they are as obtuse as me and don't read the acceptance page, just rushing in because it says 7000 TWT asnd that LOOKS like a big slice of pie, but its totally hollow... Doh!
I dunno, I feel like that's kinda misleading to give the total amount of prizes like that as a way to boost em. theoretically you could do the same thing with even more winners and spread the cash even thinner despite having the same total as the 14 dollar entry for Puzzle Mana's 7000 TWT with a better pay structure. Its like King's taking the low road lately with the spin on things... Its bad form, IMO, and makes them look less than they did.
