1. I can't find "US" on the list of possible countries I could select as my residence.
2. Google Translate is your friend.
3. The site did accept a deposit from me! I went with the 2.5 EUR minimum deposit just in case.
4. I've entered a few progressives so far -- you get just one entry per tourney. I am in the money in both Jewels and Jewels 2, but not to win anything significant.
Will try more of this in the coming days, especially after Christmas.

Jewels 1 is pretty much dead by now and most jackpots are canceled because of too few entrants. You can see the recent jackpots and prices in the tab "Jackpot Archiv" for each game that has jackpots. Most money can be made with Jewels 2 jackpots, but at first you have to learn how to reach good scores (>500k) in that game: You need to hurry through the first 3 levels and then you need to blow flash gems with color bombs and these flashes need to hit multiplicators / plus gems. You can check out these two videos I recently had to send them for verification:

When the jackpot is still running, you only see the score of the places adjacent to yours. When the jackpot closes you receive a message with all scores (even multiple entries) of all players and will get a good idea of what scores are needed. Therefore you need to have the option "Spielquittungen" (game report) in the tab "Benachrichtigung" (notifications) of your "Kundendaten" (account data) activated. The annoying part is that you will receive a report for each entry. And for each report you recieve a notifications e-mail to your address.
The site ranks players with one through three stars. You should try to stay at level one as long as you can, because it has the biggest jackpot. Once you hit level three you cannot go back to one. It is pretty common there that players "tamper" with their rank (its mostly the same good players that you can see in the top 10 of both the two star and three star jackpots). If you have further questions or need translations, you can send me a message at Tipp24, because I check these more often then the forum. I sent you a friend request which you need to accept before you can send messages. I always wondered why they haven't translated their site by now (and maybe added PapPal support) to reach a much larger player base...

I checked out this site as well and definitely used google translate which was kind of irritating but as soon I figure out what is what I can turn that feature off. I couldn't find a link to free games so that I could test any of the games out. I made an account so I'll try to find the free games again. I am however very skeptical that I'll be able to withdraw any money but if you manage that msufan, let us know.

I just found the link for free games which just doesn't show when you translate the page. The games however, won't load. What browser are you using? I'm trying the site with chrome.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what causes some moves like those in thice's videos to be worth so many points or how to replicate them.

I'm still trying to replicate the moves he makes in the videos but I can't just get past the 125.000 points barrier... I'll keep on trying.
I registered at Tipp24 2 days ago. So far I made 15 Euros in an "Knobel"-progressive....

A while back they reduced the numbers of special items. Back then one could score a lot more points. Look at the video. It should help a bit :-)

You have to hit multipliers with the rainbow items.

The video ofechner linked was created shortly after the game was released. Back then they had 6x and 8x multiplicators in the game (look at 5:37), which caused a much higher scoring potential. but even now scores up to 800k are possible, as you can see in the highscore list. Good scores very much depend on the layout, though. The layout is different for each entry in a jackpot (and probarbly also differs for each player).
msufan, as for how the scoring works, have a look at my first video at 2:25: In one move I blow a 2x and a 4x multiplicator. The plus gem is also a multiplicator with a hidden value, 7x in this case. Together with the 4x level multiplicator this makes 224x. Blowing a flash gem is worth 160, which makes 35840 with multiplicator. The same for the second flash gem. And destroying 13 gems with the color bomb is worth 13 x 10, which makes 29120 after multiplicators. This totals to 100800 points for one move (plus a few points for the chain reaction afterwards).
Hope this helps. I must, however, admit that scoring sometimes surprises me as well. Sometimes I blow multiple flashes and multiplicators and am still put of with only a few points. It seems to depend on the order of flashes and multiplicators on the board.
