Anyone ever have their king-account locked for a second time?

I just logged into king, wanted to play a cup game and it told me that my account was being looked at on suspicion of opening/having a second account.
I (as probably most have) had this happen to me the first time I made a withdrawal, but I've never seen a post or heard talk about this happening a second time. I obviously don't have a second account, my gf plays on her laptop from time to time on king, but that's not a real money account. I really have no clue why king would be suspicious of me... I hope this get's resolved soon, not like the first time when it took over 2 weeks for my account to be reinstated.
Anyway, has this happened to anyone else before?


Edit: BTW I can still play games for money, just no cups or progressives. Makes sense???

Yes it's happened to myself, last year i got a new laptop and changed internet provider (i still don't know if these were the reasons my account was blocked they never answered my questions directly ) i then made a withdrawl from king and my account was blocked. Had to go through the same process as first time and again it took about 2 weeks.

Yeah it's happened a few times, not sure why. Usually they lift it right away after I email them.

I switched ISPs a month ago so I expect that my next withdrawal will also have some issues. Which means I can't risk withdrawing right now because I am waiting in the Cat Corner SF and I don't want to miss playing the F, if I get there. Cause we all know how slow King support can be.

Happened to me once. I switched to a new computer and was put on provisional status (I think that's what it's called), where you can play cash, but no cups or progressives like haueb mentions. I wrote abuse, told them I had a new computer and they unblocked it right away.

It was fixed the day after I mailed them back, ofcourse no real answer to why my account was blocked, just another standard mail.
Happy to have my account back quickly.

Ooh I suspected I nabbed the third SF spot, but this confirms it. I'll also be fighting for the fourth one with my other remaining entry.
