New King Spinner, huge Top Winner tourneys

When you pay $2.80 for a $700.00 pot tournament and have over 12,000 entries something stinks.

Obviously what King is doing is basically making the freeroll spinner cost them nothing. The paid entries cover the prize pool and the freeroll entries just come along for the ride. This has to save them an UNBELIEVABLE amount of money.

I really don't see what the big fuss is about. The new games like Candy Crush, Farm King, etc. have a lot of luck involved in them and I think anyone can make the top 500 in 2-3 tries if they learn some basic strategy. This is definitely great to have for those of us that can secure a top 500 placing....but if only the hourly progressives for Candy Crush were back

The big fuss is that right now it's only great for the best players. And they pretend you're getting a €2 to €10 entry when in reality the prize reflects a €0.25 entry. But they said they're going to increase the number of winners, and also split the pots according to rank, so that should help make it more fair.

Well at least being able to enter the top winners vs. everyone will last until June 22nd. I have no idea if this will be a good change or not.

I'm still pretty excited about the new spinner though, just glad it came now and not earlier. My high scores as recent as 2 years ago would have stood no chance. Guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.
