I've been following this as well. I agree there are significant problems. I'm exchanged emails with one of the owners on a few occasions letting him know that there are a lot of problems with games/games are boring/general implementation of the website problems and offered my assistance if they paid me

There are scoring bugs/exploits in at least 3 games that I've found.
They supposedly have millions into this and have been working on it for 2+ years (since 2009). In regards to the Live Sports games, I did a bit more research and discovered the "Fantasy Sports" segment of the business was beta-tested all the way back in 2008 under the name "fantazsports.com" See:
here for an archive of the description of how a live fantasy game tournament works. Sounds very iffy in terms of "skill game" if you ask me, but they seem to have done the legal homework. Regardless, it's been another 3 years since fantazsports was briefly online and they still aren't ready. Granted, they've added casual games like Solitaire, etc. to the platform, but still seems slow in the development process.
As a fellow Solitaire player, I'm sure you'll agree with me that their Klondike Solitaire game is so damn frustrating since you can't double-click cards to the stacks!!
I still think I'll play when it launches because there will be all the "ZBO's" playing games to make their monthly volume and there will be some easy cash.
