They've got a full time person to play the German fool, while I think the English fool is no longer staffed by a particular person. I'm making this assumption since I've noticed a difference in writing with the English fool...he doesn't seem to get personal or write back to comments.
The English fool did used to profile royal cup winners, and you could even e-mail him to talk about events going on in King.....I miss him.
