Flash player not working on King (sometimes!)

I've just reinstalled my Windows 7 afresh, and now King only partly works.
I've tried their support but am getting nowhere so thought I'd check here.
Basically, Flash player works on any other site. I can play free games and the small head to head tournaments fine! Proving that Flash player is installed fine.
However, if I try to play a Cup game or a Progressive, it tells me Flash player is NOT installed!!
In IE8, it skips between a page telling me it's going to install it, then back again because that page sees I have it. It just gets stuck in an endless loop.

So basically, Flash IS installed, but King isn't seeing it for Cups and Progressives!

I've tried FF 3.6, FF3.5 and IE8, I even tried a 5 month old version of Flash player, to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's such a strange one, I work in IT fixing problems all day long, but have no clue what to check on this one!

Ok nevermind, FINALLY fixed it.
For some reason, on about the 10th try installing flash, when it failed, it finally popped up that flash wanted to do something and update with King.
After that it's now working.
Why didn't that show before! grrr.

Chrome works as well now for King. Haven't had any problems with it!

Ah that's nice to know.
I did try Chrome some time ago and it didn't seem to work at all.

Lost a handful of cup games due to walk overs cos of it the problems too.

Damn virus killed my PC totally just from visiting a hi-jacked website was the initial problem. I work in IT so know what I'm doing, but the only thing I could do was reinstall Windows!
