Default MAN... King is PISSIN" me off!!

I never cashed anything out on King before. I won about $700 over the past year or so and decided to cash out, and get to my BONUS money. (That's another thing that pisses me off is that you never get to the bonus money, unless you run out of REAL money!)

So I cash out and I get paid about 1 week or so later. Then I found out they jacked up a bunch of my ratings in some of the games. I'm talking like almost 3K in a couple of them! I asked them why, and they tell me they have to do it because their security system told them I might have multiple accounts, and it's the only way I can continue to play.

I told them I only have ONE account, and give me some details on what they were talking about. I asked a bunch of various questions! NO answers, NO details, NO nothing, but a form response! MAN, that blows! I'm not gonna fight with them, or they might just BOOT me out!

Anyways, I get to my BONUS cash (A WHOLE $40 or so!) I played it all out and ended winning $60 something with it. Then I look at my account, and it says I can only cash out $20 something, and I STILL have $40 in bonus cash! What kind of bunk is that!? So you NEVER get that money, whether you play and win with it! I guess it's only good if you land a decent jackpot above and beyond the bonus cash, otherwise, you're just spinning your wheels!

At least at WW they let you keep everything you earn with your bonus cash! Thank goodness, since I've been playing with bonus cash a LOT there!

Then if I want to skim off my winnings and start over, they rob you of a buck every time! They already probably shafted me out of probably $1K worth of potential winnings by pushing my ratings way up! I guess if you're doing TOO good in some games, they don't like it!

Besides those MINOR complaints, I like a lot of the games. I sure wish I could play that Scrabble Zing game though!

here's how to get your bonus cash: play your $40 down to $0 (by entering a lot of ongoing tourneys, cups, or challenges), and immediately, while you have $0 (or very close to $0) in your account, make a deposit. This will change your non-withdrawable fund balance down to $0 (or to the amount near zero that was in your balance immediately before your deposit).

You could even issue $7 challenges to someone you know or someone who hasn't been on the site in years until your balance is zero, deposit $10, wait for the challenges to expire, get refunds for them, and then you've got $50 in withdrawable funds.

...to add to your other point, King really seems to have it in for people who win regularly on their site lately. As I mentioned in another thread, I'm getting the rank boosts as well.

I actually did enter about 30 tournaments in a row, and the last 4 got cancelled because of timeouts and they refunded my money. I got my account down to about $.03 or .04 when I ran my bonus money down.

So if I make a deposit, how come they won't just top off my account and still put the bonus money back in again?

So if I would add $10 to the .03 of left over bonus money, they wouldn't put the winnings I get in the pending games back as bonus cash? Or am I missing something?

What also ticks me off is that it didn't matter what games I won or lost, they just took all my winnings from those tournaments and just "turned" $40 of it into bonus money again.

For example:

I've got $12 in bonus money.

Using bonus money, I bet $1.20 ten times on tournaments. I lost eight times, so I lost $9.60 in bonus cash. I won $3.60 two times, so even if they were changing the bonus money back into bonus money, that means I won $2.40 in each of those games.

So I should have $2.40 in bonus cash left and $4.80 in REAL money. But they are taking anything I won and allocating it back to the original bonus money amount I had before I started, no matter how many games I won!

I tried to follow the payouts looking at my account, but it was confusing to keep track of. All I know is even if they returned the winnings bonus money back to the original bonus money fairly (if you wanna call that fairly) I should probably have about $10-15 more of real money and not bonus money.

If you made a deposit when your balance was $0.03, your bonus money would immediately drop to $0.03, no matter what happened in the pending games. Trust me on this.

O.K.! Thanks for the advice!

I'm going to have to go thru the WHOLE thing again, and this time I'll dump in $10 when I get down to close to zero!

1st I have to blow a buck to empty out my real money, before I go for it!

So if they refund your timed-out games, they refund REAL money and not the bonus money you used?
