Here's what you do GG. Get some one you know with ~2000 rank in CC and get them to setup a bunch of challenges with other lower ranked players and include you. I've noticed that it's entirely possible to have 2500 ranked players included with 10000+ ranked players, if the person doing the inviting is the 2500 ranked player.

It appears King set a lower bound on the acceptable challenge rankings, but no upper bound!
