Default Blocked on King.com???

Hey all,
New to this site but been on king.com and worldwinner for about 2 years. Just found out about this site a couple a months ago and been watching posts and just started posting a few days ago.
Anyways, just logged onto king.com and found some message about my account being blocked and the reason was stated as "Your account has been blocked. There can be a number of reasons for this like one or more failed payments or multiple user accounts." I recently withdrew about $1500 from the account and am still waiting for that to be completely withdrawn. I know in some earlier posts grengoddess and others had mentioned something about what happens when making a large withdrawal.
Anyone else had this happen? Right now it won't let me play any games at all even free ones so the site's worthless to me at the moment. Any one got any suggestions or had anything like this occur?

My best guess is that your account is being audited before you can receive a $1,500 withdrawal. Wait it out for a week....if nothing happens by then, e-mail customer support.

Thanks! Yea it appears that way. Got a response back from support saying they want a copy of my ID to prove that I am who I say that I am. Let's hope it gets taken off soon so I can get back to winning! It sounds like what grengoddess and others had stated back in another post about having to submit a copy of their driver's license in regard to the same.

You know, I don't drive. So, would you mean a state ID?

even if you dont have a drivers license everyone over 18 is supposed to have SOME form of ID. it doesnt have to be a driver's license

and you guys can call me GG for short

yea it is a pain at first to do all this with king, but after this it is smooth sailing and king does this to ensure that we play in cheat and harassment free environments. even though its annoying you still gotta appreciate the effort they put into making sure we are safe and protected

Yea I meant a state ID, though mine would be a driver's license any ID should work. And I do appreciate like GG said about king.com and safety. I sorta was expecting something like this but just wanted to see if it was the same as others had experienced.

Is this your first withdrawal ever? Or you had smaller ones before that went through fine?

Had like 3 $400 withdrawals and a few of $200 or so withdrawals and this hadn't ever happened with them. First time with a withdrawal over $1000 before. This one was exactly $1500.

I made maybe 5 or so withdrawals around $200 each before they finally blocked me and asked for the ID and a few other questions. They did reinstate me and get me my money thankfully. After that I pulled around $700 and $300 without any problems.

I still fully expect to get banned by those jokers again at some point though!

good luck!

Thumbs down Blocked by the crooks

Good Afternoon all,

I've been a member of king.com since september 2008, and have played on a daily basis almost every single day since then. I upgraded to become a gold player on New Years Eve 2009. By the end of my first week as a gold player I'd earnt almost £260. Naturally, it being post-christmas, the extra cash would come in handy, so I decided to make a withdrawal. I was informed it would take two weeks to process and thought nothing else of it. However, upon the fourteenth day, when no money or email had arrived, I decided to research the withdrawals system on king. Imagine my shock and horror when I came across countless websites just like this with hundreds of astonshing stories to tell about how users had been ripped off or scammed by the fools running the show at king.com. By the fifteenth day (yesterday 22/01/10), I decided I'd email the administration to find out where my money was and why I'd received no communication from them within the fourteen days period. Within hours my account was blocked. However, since I'd already done my research and discovered how common place this behaviour was, I was hardly surprised. However, those clowns have trodden on the wrong persons toes this time, because I'm British, and they are a British company, and I'm also a trainee solicitor, so I know the law and I know how to use it to my advantage. Therefore, as soon as my account was blocked, I emailed the king administration and threw everything but the kitchen sink at them!!Not surprisngly, once they realised they were not delaing with an idiot on this occasion, they replied to my email within twenty minutes, not only that, but the email was extremely apologetic and polite, which was quite a shock in itself. Anyway, I supplied them with the necessary ID and statement promising I was the sole user and funder of my account etc. and also reminded them of a few very important facets of UK law, just to give them a gentle push in the right direction of course. I expect to hear from them by monday, and will keep you all posted on events as they unfold.
