I don't understand why people get so angry though. They provide a service where you pay a small one-time deposit which allows you to earn a lot of money while playing games. Yes, you have to go through a few roadblocks to get your winnings, big deal. Without them there wouldn't be anything to withdraw in the first place.

I'm definitely not angry or upset about it. Just wondered if some of you other great gamers who've made quite a bit on king.com had the same thing happen. kworb and gg had mentioned something about it in a previous post on here and just wondered if I was going through the same thing. I don't mind it at all; just sort of a confirmation of what I thought and a heads up to other players to show that king.com actually cares about safety and security.

P.S. This wasn't meant to be a rant about king.com.... I like their site and gonna be back playing on it soon and winning more money (hopefully lol).

Maybe because they don't mess with you until you withdraw and then accuse you of cheating or tell you to justify how you got good so quickly? Personally when somebody calls me a cheat I get a bit offended. I don't think that is an uncommon reaction!

Why not update the Terms of Service to simply say that "Upon your first withdrawal you will be required to provide a photo ID and to answer some questions about your game playing" maybe people wouldn't be upset then since it wouldn't be a surprise. That Terms of Service is like 800 pages long already, why not include all these things in it! If when I signed up for the site and deposited I knew that this would happen I wouldn't have been pissed......

Thumbs up Update on my case

Hello folks,

Here is an update on my case resolution with king. They replied to my last email with the expected response - we have received your ID but there are still indications of a secuirty breach. Can you explain this etc.
Of course I replied immediately and vigourously defended myself and refuted any allegations of wrong doing. I once again demanded that my withdrawal request was processed, and my account unblocked immediately. Within three hours they had replied, stating that they had unblocked my account and processed my withdrawal, and apologising for the inconvenience. As soon as I re-entered my account I checked my rankings in all of the word games, since they are my most played and strongest games. Unsurprisingly, my rankings had been hiked up by between 2 and 5k in each of the games. I have since emailed them asking that they give me jewels in recompense for these ranking hikes, since each time you move up a ranking on king, you earn jewels, so I feel I should not be deprived of those jewels, especially since I'm so incredibly close to reaching the diamond level and being able to bestow gifts on friends and opponents. Their reply should be an interesting one - if they reply that is!

I hate when they jack your rankings up, they did that to me on a bunch of games making them completely unprofitable to play. Good thing they have 100 games!

Sounds like you've done a lot of research on king. I just hope you don't have any friends/families playing on king because it is probably only a matter of time before they link you to them and start messing with them as well.

Best wishes!

I have a question... I signed up in 2006 and haven't played on king.com for several years because I lost all my money, well I recently started playing again with the help of this site and its tips, I'm up to about a whole $25 at this point.... not big money by any means but still, if I want to withdraw and I have to verify myself which I am totally ok with doing but I signed up almost 4 years ago I don't remember If I gave them my name when I signed up or do they have that information from my paypal account? How can they verify I am who I am? I looked under my account and can't see anything other than my e-mail and password so no clue??
