King challenges not working?

I try to challenge people and when I type in their usernames, King can't seem to find them. Is this because they don't want to be challenged or it's just broken, or what? Anyone having success issuing new King challenges lately?

mine work fine...the search engine can be a pain on king,,make sure you dont leave any spaces before or after the last letter..this can happen if you copy and paste a name in the search box
