I saw your update on the front page of the site today. I'll talk to the guy I know as a last measure, and see if anything can be done. However, I am moving on to another affiliate network -- I've heard too many horror stories of people being scrubbed out of their leads with
many other affiliates on CJ and not being able to get anything done about it.
Just a heads up -- I've applied over at
Hydra - Performance-based CPA advertising affiliate network for advertisers, agencies, and online publishers, which has a bunch more CPA offers that pay very well with ZIP code submit / form leads, and they won't cheat you out of your commissions. I got off the phone with them today and I should hopefully get approved by tomorrow, so I'll let you know shortly how this network goes...you may want to put in your app anyway.
