First withdrawal, Account suspended, wish me luck

Ohh well - lets hope this works out.

My account got suspended, most likely for placing my first withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. Ive been totally addicted to king.com latly and I tend to improve in the games ultrafast compared to most other people it would seem.

It would truly be nice if they could send an email saying that the withdrawal is being processed before suspending the account by flashing a red screen
"Your account has been suspended, there may be serveral reasons for this. If you have further questions, please contact customer support"

I just hope that I will not get banned for having talent and winning money :\

After reading some stuff on the net I am not so hopeful :\

there's a few other threads here about this same thing... I had the same problem, I had to send them a copy of my passport to confirm this was my only account, and give an explanation of how I was able to do so well at games so quickly... eventually my account was unblocked and I got my money. Just give them what they ask for and you should be fine.

Hmm yeah I hope it works out.

They confirmed that they recieved my identity now but they still want me to explain why thier system indicates that I have previous expierience with thier games.

I dunno about that tbh, because I dont. I told them I practiced some games on my girlfriends acc and that I have lots of experience from other types of computergames and online poker....
I mean, I obviously learn the games alot faster than the great mass off players and I guess this is true for anyone who wins enough cash to place a withdrawal.

I hope the "I practiced some games on my girlfriend's account" reason flies by them without a problem. I would've skipped past that and just say "I studied gameplay videos on YouTube before playing", "I read strategy guides prior to touching the game for a competitive edge", etc.

I did at least say that those practice games were played before I opened my account and her account is a jewel account so I dunno.... I hope there will not be trouble.

Aww shit, this was stupid.

I answered honeslty to thier question that I had a family member; my brother, who was also playing at king.com.

Obviously since he is also a gamer he is winning money.... Now his account has been blocked and my status has somehow been updated. (Even though he is playing 4 games I never touched and one game I also play)

I have not recieved any mail from abuse@king.com today even though I sent them two mails yesterday and they have blocked my brother's account and changed my status.

When I click on a game it sais
"Din status har ändrats till Temporärt Orankad spelare eftersom vi har indikationer på att du brutit mot reglerna avseende öppnande och/eller finansiering av multipla konton. Du kan för tillfället inte spela i några pengaturneringar, multiplayerspel eller stegrande jackpotturneringar. I guess they dont like to share why....

Anyone have any idea what I should write to them?

I have taken precautions in printscreening my balance and account details, in the even that they will simply shut me down I will threaten with police and try to sell my story to the media.

However, first I would like to talk some sense into them. Thier fucking risk analysis system appearently flags anyone who is withdrawing funds. It seems as if they have a fundamentally wrong idea about statistics and data analysis - however, I dont think that I can start a disscussion about thier interpitation of the data... :\

Yeah they manually check everyone who withdraws funds for the first time. Hmm I don't know what to say, it wasn't a good idea to tell them you practiced on someone else's account before you opened your own. It's not that believable seeing how easy it is to make your own account. But just reiterate that it was a jewel account, and they should be able to see the scores in the account history.

Tell them your brother is an expert in different games. And maybe suggest recording some of your own games (with Camtasia, Hypercam, etc.) to prove that you are actually skilled at them.

This play games at gf acc.: In the mail I said something like this:

"I played about 5 games och bigbang, cookie rookie and rainbow rescue before i opened my own account but as these are not my best games I guess this is not your intresest."

So I dunno, I think the major mistake I did was answer truthfully that my brother was indeed playing at thier site. He got thier standard Provide proof of identity and written statement that only he plays on acc mail now.... I can only hope it clears out when he provides his ID.

I sent them a new mail asking them to call me (not that Im hopeful) and asking for more information of excatly why I am accused. No reply on any of my recent emails


I have also pointed out in about 10 of my emails that I have an active entry in abracadabra royal cup in round 13 and asked if I could play it before WO but they have not given me any reply whatsoever to that. I guess they just copy paste standard emails...

Seems like I caught some good luck. They approved to do a webcamera video interview and monitor me while I play some games over Skype tomorrow.

Hopefully they will unlock and clear my account after this? Anyone with experience?

Two years ago when I went through this frustrating process I recorded two games with Camtasia and that was enough to get my account restored. They actually gave me €100 of my winnings to buy a webcam, but I did it with screen recording software, which was good enough for them.
