Has anyone played on this site if not don't bother. I have found it the most useless site possible. It kicks you off the servers either in the middle of a game or the game doesn't load but keeps your cash. If you email what is laughing called "customer service" you get an auto reply saying they usually reply in 3 days and that is it nothing NO REPLY, NO HELP. No email no money, They never ever replace the money, that is gone. the site is forever dying, very sloooooow and fair matched games do not exist as advertised by them. Don't even think about joining this site.

I know, they have been doing ongoing maintenance for the last year I think because of technical problems/stability etc. They must be pretty useless if it's taking them that long lol!! They still don't have any progressives up and running (do they EVER look at the competition??), and yet incredibly their games seem very popular and close quickly. Jungle Jewels never seems short of players, but I just can't understand why people bother.

And also their money/currency conversion is the most POINTLESS EXERCISE EVER CONCEIVED.
Why on earth don't they just show money in $$/EUR/£ etc.?? Oh I forgot, it's because they are living on another planet!

Just imagine how big their jackpots could grow to with that many players. They could give king a run for their money. You have to hand it to Skill Addiction, they have had progressives running right from the start, even though they are probably smaller than gameduell. If you are fed up with king/ww, then SA is probably the place to try.

Probably smaller than GameDuell? Do you know how much smaller :O I always said GameDuell is wasting their resources - for what they have they could be so much bigger. But their setup sucks and it reflects straight into their community.

SA has its faults, but we grow daily and we've had jackpots weekly that attract a good amount of people.

I've had many problems with Gameduell but the latest is that they refuse to respond to gaming errors so I am out of pocket. Anyone any ideas how I get my money back?
