bad luck.my account was be blocked.so,I post my id and a bill of gas.I hope it has usefull.but....the suppot ask :"We therefore need to verify that you are playing these games without any assistance before we can restore the status on your account. Previously
in similar situations we have offered a webcam verification where we

It's probably the most annoying thing they can ask. What I did was record a game with Camtasia (or you can use Hypercam) and that was good enough for them. So I didn't need a webcam. If you can't get that to work, maybe just explain your strategies and how you achieve your scores.
