For easy mode, the idea is pretty much to progress through the levels as fast as possible. This involves mostly clicking the first group of 3 that you see. With practice, you get much much faster, but it takes a bit more strategy to score much higher than 100-130K.
This might seem counterintuitive, but practice on hard. Hard mode is more respective to the strategy employed in all three difficulties.
You'll notice, in hard, that it's really difficult to keep from getting a GAME OVER. Click as fast as you want, but those columns will hit the top pretty quick-- and when you need to get 4 or 5 bags, "pretty quick" is too quick. Thus, the idea would be to get as many points as possible (and thus get your bag-meter on the right filled up as much as possible) in the fewest clicks.
How to do that? Well, be sure to check out the scoring section of the game rules given on Worldwinner. Look at how combo-ing works, and consider the options.
The most obvious way would be to build up one set of coins as large as possible, since you get increasingly more points for the number of coins in one click. This usually works pretty well if there's a lot of one color on the board and it looks plausible to connect a lot of them. If you try to do this, I would encourage you to play by clicking all except one color at your normal playing speed (All except RED, for instance, to concentrate the red coins.) Then, if you see a good setup that you don't want to mess up, or if you're running out of other options, set up the reds as much as you can and cash in.
I don't think that's the most reliable method, though. You'll notice, with the combos in the scoring section, that getting multiple large groups in a row will lead to more and more bonus points. What I like to do is immediately look for the large concentrations of a color-- but not necessarily AS large. (10 blues that can be brought together, for instance, and 14 reds that can be brought together on the other side of the board.) I try to have as many of those as possible, then click all of them in a row WITHOUT clicking any groups that are smaller than 7 coins (and thus breaking the chain.) The combos build up pretty quick and fill up the bag-o-meter very quickly. Always play the largest group first, and the rest in decreasing order, since the combo is bigger for groups of a certain size. After you play a bunch of large groups and get the combos for them, just play as normal until you start to notice more large groups build.
Most importantly in HARD, don't progress the level until you need to. The next level might screw you over, so if you have a fourth bag ready to go, then gain as many big groups as you can before taking the bag and advancing.
It'll seem really slow paced and impractical at first-- But if you can get this down, you'll be winning HARD games to all the kiddies who get a game over on the first round. With practice, it'll seem a bit more intuitive and you can do this quickly. Once you can do that, then move on to Easy mode.
Easy mode will be very similar in strategy, but with much more emphasis on speed. Don't worry about "setting up" any combos (unless it's a quick one or two moves and can be executed very quickly to bring two big groups together for one huge group.) Just keep the combos in mind, and take all the big groups together in a row, and speed through the levels as fast as possible. If no big groups are present, click like crazy to get those bags down.
