No, no, no ... I haven't even tried to calculate how much SA has paid out in prizes, just what the start-up costs might have been (e-mail me if I am wrong ... I promise I won't quote it in my article!! I swear ... honest ...).

... lemme re-read this thread (I got all side-tracked with the disgustingly large sums of cash being poured into the "other" guy's sites).

... geez, I wouldn't even be able to guess how much has been paid out, and here's why:

1. I joined up with SA, shortly after your launch from one of the threads here (sorry it took me soo long to join this forum, but losing two businesses in another recession kinda distracted me from "playing"). Either, I used up my free tokens, didn't think there were enough players, or got beat too much to continue ... I honestly don't remember why. So, I just have only the last month or two to base what has been going on at Skill Addiction.

2. I hate Math.

And are you asking how much SA paid out, itself ... or including the monies wagered into the tourneys by players??? And BTW ... who's to say if what a skill gaming website is claiming to have paid out, so far, is what the company has paid out BEYOND all that cash being poured in???

All I know is I get stomped on, after trying two progressives over there by the basically the same top players winning most of the cash over there, anyway ... (not really a jab, the players are brilliant) which isn't exactly true, since I had a fighting chance in the Spider 2-Suit, ONLY IF I had matched my personal best in the progressive this week. Don't even get me started on the progressive with new game, Blockies ...

What I do know from reading others talk about the progressives is ... some of those pros will pour a buttload of cash, playing over and over, trying to top each other.

OK, how about this question ... what was the largest total pay out in a single tourney Skill Addiction has had, to date???
